Peetz falls to Caliche on volleyball court

The Peetz High volleyball team lost in straight sets to Caliche on the road Tuesday afternoon.

The Bulldogs, who fell to 2-11 this season, lost 25-10, 25-21, 25-12. Caliche improved to 6-7.

Mikenna Curlee led the way for Peetz with 10 kills, two aces and the team’s only block.

Teammate Cami Thompson had 14 digs and Jodie Schumacher added 13 more. Thompson also contributed a team-high eight assists.

The Bulldogs return to action Thursday when they host Prarie at 5:30 p.m.
