Peetz volleyball falls to Prairie in three sets

Mikenna Curlee had 14 kills for the Peetz High School volleyball team on Thursday, but it wasn’t enough as the Bulldogs fell in straight sets to Prairie 25-22, 25-18, 25-20.

Peetz slipped to 2-12, while Prairie improved to 10-4.

Jodie Schumacher had 18 digs, eight kills and four aces for Peetz and teammate Cami Thompson provided 18 assists and 12 digs.

The Bulldogs are back in action Saturday when they host Briggsdale at 3:30 p.m.
