Tabitha R. Davis, 29 of Sidney, passed away at her home, Monday, Oct. 12, 2015.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Oct. 20 in the Christian Life Center with Pastor Jim Gerhold and Pete Morgan officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant View Cemetery north of Lodgepole. Friends may stop at the Gehrig-Stitt Chapel on Monday from 1 to 7 p.m., with family present from 5 to 6 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Tabitha Davis Memorial Fund in care of American National Bank in Sidney. Tabitha Renae Davis was born on March 1, 1986 in Sidney to Robert and Freda (Franklin) Davis. She attended school in Sidney and Lodgepole graduating from Lodgepole High School in 2004. After high school she followed her dreams and attended WNCC in Scottsbluff to study music. In 2006 she moved to Omaha and attended the Universal College of Healing Arts graduating in 2007 with her degree in massage therapy. Tabitha taught herself how to play the piano and loved to play for worship in church. She had a beautiful voice and sang with her sister for various occasions. In July of 2012 she was blessed with the birth of her twin girls, Emmersynne-Joy McCauyer and Ellyeaunnah-Grace McCauley. From that day forward she dedicated every breath to being a mommy and raising her "twincesses". Tabitha went to be with the Lord on Monday, Oct. 12, 2015. Tabitha is survived by her daughters Emmersynne-Joy McCauyer and Elleyeaunnah-Grace McCauley, her parents Robert and Freda Davis of Sidney; sister and brother-in-law, Jordan and Adam Worley of Ogallala, nephew and nieces, Gavin, Peyton and Alexis Worley; grandmothers Georgia Davis of Lodgepole and Helen Franklin of Sidney; aunts and uncles, Chuck Davis of Lodgepole, Donald and Lucy Davis of Sidney, Ann and Larry Weigel of Sidney and Lucky and Colleen Franklin of Kimball; cousins, Ian and Ryan Davis, Teresa and Aaron Deboodt, Andrew, Nathan, Casey, Angel and Devon Franklin and Sarah and Nathan Klussman. Tabitha is preceded in death by her grandfathers, Robert Davis and Walter Franklin and her great-grandmother Freda Middleswart.
