The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Monday, Sept. 28, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Michelle LaBeau, 43, of Potter, appeared for arraignment on a charge of procurring alcohol for a minor, a class I misdemeanor. She requested an attorney. Entry of plea was scheduled for Oct. 16.

Mark Meyer, 40, of Sterling, Colo., appeared for a pretrial hearing on a charge of DUI – high test, a class W misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty to a DUI - first offense, a class W misdemeanor. He was sentenced to nine months probation, a 60 day license revocation and a $500 fine plus court costs.

Aaron Osborne, 28, of Sidney, appeared for a pretrial hearing on a charge of DUI – second offense high test, a class I misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty to an amended charge of DUI – first offense, a class W misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 18 months probation, a 60 day license revocation and a $550 fine plus court costs.

Michael Votruba, 26, of Sidney, appeared for a pretrial hearing on a charge of DUI – high test, a class W misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty to a DUI - first offense, a class W misdemeanor. He was sentenced to nine months probation, a 60 day license revocation and a $500 fine plus court costs.

Misty Wintholz, 38, of Sidney, appeared for a pretrial hearing on a charge of DUI – first offense, a class W misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, she pleaded guilty to a DUI - first offense, a class W misdemeanor. She was sentenced to six months probation, a 60 day license revocation and a $500 fine plus court costs.

Brandy Parissenti, 28, of Sidney, failed to appear for arraignment on a charge of no insurance, a class II misdemeanor. A bench warrant was issued.

Joshua Manchester, 34, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of no insurance, a class II misdemeanor. He pleaded guilty. Sentencing was scheduled for Oct. 26.

Mark Cape, age 54, of Dalton, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI – first offense, a class W misdemeanor. He pleaded not guilty. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Oct. 26.

Braun Turner, 40, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of theft by unlawful taking, a class II misdemeanor. He pleaded guilty. He was sentenced to $100 fine plus court costs.

Reed Kaus, 25, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI – first offense, a class W misdemeanor. He pleaded not guilty. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for Oct. 16.

Scott Touney, 32, of Sidney, appeared for a pretrial hearing on a charge of false reporting, a class I misdemeanor. The pretrial hearing was continued to Oct. 26.

Michael Pixley, 25, of Sidney, appeared for a pretrial hearing on a charge of DUI – first offense high test, a class W misdemeanor. The pretrial hearing was continued to Oct. 16.

Thomas Harvey, 49, of Dalton, appeared for a pretrial hearing on a charge of DUI – first offense high test, a class W misdemeanor. A suppression hearing is scheduled for Oct. 29.

Christen Jensen, 46, of Sidney, appeared for a pretrial hearing on a charge of DUI – first offense high test, a class W misdemeanor. A suppression hearing is scheduled for Oct. 29.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, Sept. 29, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Manuela Navarrete, 43, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on charges of DUI – second offense high test, a class I misdemeanor, and no insurance, a class II misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, she pleaded guilty to a charge of DUI – first offense high, a class W misdemeanor. She was sentenced to seven days in jail with credit for time served, 12 months probation, a one year license revocation and $500 in fines plus the court costs.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Friday, Oct. 2, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Daniellle Apodaca, 25, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of theft by shoplifting, a class I misdemeanor. She requested an attorney. Entry of plea is scheduled for Oct. 13.

Nabor Ortega, 34, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of theft by shoplifting, a class I misdemeanor. He requested an attorney. Entry of plea was scheduled for Oct. 13.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Tuesday, Oct. 6, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

Koby Bockhahn, 20, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of assault – third degree, a class I misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty to an amended charge of assault – third degree, fight by mutual consent, a class II misdemeanor. Sentencing is scheduled for Nov. 23.

Jeremy Lohman, 31, of Sidney, appeared for a pretrial hearing on a charge of assault – third degree, a class I misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement in another case, the charge was dismissed.

The following people appeared in Cheyenne County Court on Wednesday, Oct. 7, before the Honorable Randin Roland:

James Corne, 27, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of violation of a protection order, a class II misdemeanor. He requested an attorney. Entry of plea is scheduled for Nov. 9.

Kyle Mueller, 22, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of assault – third degree, a class I misdemeanor. He requested an attorney. Entry of plea was scheduled for Oct. 16.

Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty to DUI first offense a class W misdemeanor. He was sentenced to six months probation, a 60 day license revocation and $500 fine plus court costs.

Alexander Brost, 42, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of criminal trespass – second degree, a class II misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, he pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace, a class III misdemeanor. He was sentenced to two days in jail and a $100 fine plus court costs.

Victor Wooley, 35, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of domestic assault, a class I misdemeanor. He pleaded not guilty. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for Nov. 3.

Mark Lohman, 30, of Sidney, appeared for a pretrial hearing on a charge of assault – third degree, a class I misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was continued until Oct. 26.

Ernesto M. Tolentino, 33, of Julesburg, Colo., appeared for arraignment on a charge of no insurance, a class II misdemeanor. He pleaded guilty. He was fined $250 plus court costs.

Brandy Parissenti, 28, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of no insurance, a class II misdemeanor. She pleaded guilty. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

Hillery Obannion, 36, of Chappell, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI – high test, a class W misdemeanor. She requested an attorney. Entry of plea is scheduled for Oct. 26.

Algray Pettus, 53, of Hempstead, Texas, appeared for arraignment on a charge of DUI – high test, a class W misdemeanor. Entry of plea was scheduled for Oct. 26.

Lisa Miller, 46, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of false reporting, a class I misdemeanor. She requested an attorney. Entry of plea was scheduled for Oct. 26.

Kristina Zaharias, 32, of Ogallala, appeared for arraignment on a charge of no insurance, a class II misdemeanor. She requested an attorney. Entry of plea was scheduled for Oct. 26.

Carrie Scheuerman, 44, of Sidney, appeared for arraignment on a charge of no insurance, a class II misdemeanor. She pleaded guilty. She was fined $250 plus court costs.

Michelle Labeau, 43, of Potter, appeared for arraignment on a charge of selling alcohol to a minor, a class I misdemeanor. Pursuant to a plea agreement, she pleaded guilty to an amended charge of attempted selling alcohol to a minor, a class II misdemeanor. She was fined $500 plus court costs.

Reed Kaus, 25, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of DUI – first offense, a class W misdemeanor. He pleaded not guilty. A suppression hearing is scheduled for Nov. 3.

Kyle Mueller, 22, of Sidney, appeared for entry of plea on a charge of assault – third degree, a class I misdemeanor. He pleaded not guilty. A pretrial hearing is scheduled for Nov. 23.
