Kelley to lead PADD, Panhandle RC&D

The Panhandle Area Development District (PADD) and Panhandle Resource Conservation and Development District (Panhandle RC&D) has hired Jeff Kelley as executive director as of Nov. 2. Kelley will sere as executive director for both organizations.

Kelley brings 17 years of experience as a community development block grant administrator and housing specialist, in addition to his economic development experience.
