App challenge set for high school students

Congressman Adrian Smith (R-NE) has announced the second annual Congressional App Challenge for Nebraska’s Third District. This nationwide competition is designed to promote innovation and engagement in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) among high school students who will compete by creating and exhibiting a software application, or “app,” for mobile, tablet, or computer devices on a platform of their choice.
