Cheyenne County 4-H awards announced

Cheyenne County 4-H members, volunteers and families recently celebrated their accomplishments from the past year at the annual awards banquet at the Cheyenne County Fairgrounds.

The following are the awards presented for 2015. These awards are given based on the completion of the career portfolio and project records.

Outstanding 4-Hers for 2015 were Kaitlyn Higgins and Dominic Beyer. This award is presented to high school seniors who have excelled in their involvement in the Cheyenne County 4-H program. Selection is based on participation in 4-H activities. Higgins is the daughter of Rob...
