A memorial account has been set up at American National Bank (Main Bank and Drive up locations) for Tabitha Davis. Donations can be made to: “Tabitha Davis Memorial Fund” to help defray expenses and to benefit twin daughters “Emmersynne Joy & Ellyeaunnah Grace”.

Table of Grace, a ministry of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, is a mobile food pantry that distributes food at various locations throughout the area on monthly basis.

1st Tuesday of the month – 2:30 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Chappell

2nd Saturday of the month 9 a.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Lodgepole

3rd Thursday of the month – 5 p.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Sidney

4th Saturday of the month

9 a.m. at Prarie West Christian Church in Potter

4th Saturday of the month

9 a.m. at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Oshkosh

Thursday, Dec. 17

Saint Patrick’s Rummage House, at 14th and King Street, will be having their Annual Christmas Giveaway on Thursday, Dec. 17, from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. Clothing, shoes and miscellaneous items will be available. Merry Christmas!

Friday, Dec. 18

The Sidney Public Library will hold its Holiday Open House on Dec. 18, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Enjoy cookies with cider, hot chocolate or coffee!

Ella-Mae Goranson’s 24th Annual Free Christmas Dinner will be held at the First United Methodist Church, located at 2622 11th Ave. in Sidney, on Friday, Dec. 25, from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Your side dish, dessert, vegetable or salad would be appreciated.
