4 locals receive degrees from Chadron State

Four with local ties received degrees from Chadron State College last Friday.

Miranda McKay of Sidney earned a master of education degree during Chadron State College’s winter commencement last Friday. Kelsey Carwin and Jin Zeng, both of Sidney, and Justin Huff of Lodgepole each received a bachelors degree that day.
