Potter resident Jessica C. Heidemann graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma during commencement ceremonies held Dec. 11-12.
Heidemann graduated with a bachelor of fine arts degree in art - studio art along with approximately 1,246 fall 2015 graduates from throughout the country and world in the ceremony held in Edmond, which is just north of Oklahoma City.
