NWU choir to make Wednesday stop in Sidney

The Nebraska Wesleyan University choir’s three-state tour will make a stop next week in Sidney.

Their performance will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the First United Methodist Church, located at 2622 11th Avenue.

The three-state tour began Jan. 6 in Fremont, then wound its way to Colorado and New Mexico. The tour ends Jan. 17 in Lincoln.

The choir is a 46-voice ensemble and more than half of its members are music majors. The choir has toured internationally nine times since 1977 and tours annually throughout the U.S.
