The Elks Lenten Fish Fry will be held every Friday between Feb. 19 through March 25, from 5:30 to 8 p.m., located at 1040 Jackson St. in Sidney.

A memorial account has been set up at American National Bank (Main Bank and Drive up locations) for Tabitha Davis. Donations can be made to: “Tabitha Davis Memorial Fund” to help defray expenses and to benefit twin daughters “Emmersynne Joy & Ellyeaunnah Grace”.

Math Night will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on: Monday, Feb. 22 at the North Elementary and Monday, Feb. 29 at the South Elementary.

The dates, times, and locations have been set for classroom sessions for irrigation and nitrogen certification training. Training will be held Feb. 18 at Lodgepole Valley Youth Camp in Sidney. Sessions are at 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Training will also be held Feb. 19 at the Lion’s Den in Chappell. Sessions are at 9 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Certification training must be completed by March 1. Tuesday, Feb. 23

The Sidney Public Library will again be offering the “Together is Fun” program Tuesday, Feb. 23, at 4 p.m. This program welcomes children kindergarten through 6th grade and features seasonal crafts and or games. Training for county fair judges in the Panhandle for static exhibits will held from 6 to 8 p.m. Call the Extension office at 254-4455 to register.

A Parkinson’s support group for the Western Nebraska area meets on the first Tuesday of each month, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church, 312 W. 16th St., Alliance. Call Dee Brauninger at (308) 763-1254 with questions or email her at brauninger@bbc.net.

Severe Weather Spotter Training will be presented by the Cheyenne National Weather Service at 7 p.m. at Sidney High School. Come learn more about Severe Weather topics! All are welcome to attend and there is no fee to attend. For more information, call Region 21 EMA at (308) 254-7003.

Cancer survivor support group meets every SECOND Thursday, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Dorwart Cancer Care Center. Great topics/food/fellowship. Call Leslie at (308) 250-1113 with questions.
