County Judge Roland swears in three volunteers to CASA

Volunteer Jan Lawson is sworn in to the Cheyenne County CASA by County Judge Randin Roland.

Three volunteers were sworn in to the Cheyenne County CASA, or Court Appointed Special Advocates, Thursday in the county courtroom by County Judge Randin Roland. CASA is an organization that offers court-appointed advocates who work on behalf of abused and neglected children in the court system with the guardian ad litem.
