Sidney elementaries receive Dress Down Day donations

The Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce presented Sidney elementary schools with Dress Down Day funds at Sidney Regional Medical Center. With the funding and a donation from Dr. James Massey, the elementary schools were able to get a new audiometer to cut down on the wear of the current one that is shared between the district's more than 1,500 elementary students.
