2016 4-H Panhandle Speech Contest Results

A dozen 4-H'ers from Cheyenne, Kimball and Banner counties participated in the 2016 4-H South Panhandle Speech Contest held at the Cheyenne County Community Center in Sidney last week.

Following the contest, the students were presented ribbons for their performance in the speech contest, with four 4-H'ers receiving purple ribbons and advancing to the district contest scheduled for April 23 beginning at 9 a.m. at the Educational Service Unit 13 located at 1114 Toledo St. in Sidney.
