SPNRD receives grant from Nebraska Environmental Trust

The South Platte Natural Resources District announced that it will receive $200,000 from the Nebraska Environmental Trust for the “Hydrogeology of Western Nebraska” project. The Trust Board announced funding for the project at its meeting on April 7 in Lincoln.

The project is one of the 118 projects receiving $18,799,900 in grant awards from the Nebraska Environmental Trust this year. Of these, 69 were new applications and 49 are carry-over projects.
