Lady Coyotes boost record to 9-1

Potter-Dix rolled past opponents on the volleyball court this past week, adding three wins to bring their overall season record to 9-1.

The Lady Coyotes took down Creek Valley in straight sets, 25-20, 25-23, 25-11 last Saturday, boulstered by 14 kills from Dawson Sharmon on offense. Trinity Langley and Alexus Rozelle covered the nets with five and two blocks, respectively.

On Tuesday, Potter-Dix took down Wallace and Paxton in triangular play, both in straight sets. Potter-Dix defeated Wallaxce 25-20, 25-28, then finished off Paxton 25-9, 25-18.

Audrey Juelfs had 15 kills in the triangular, while Sharman 11. Langley had five ace serves.

Potter-Dix was scheduled to play at Minitare Friday afternoon, and hosts the Potter-Dix Invite today.
