Hotes appears in court

Dale Hotes appeared in Cheyenne County district court with his lawyer Don Miller in front of Honorable Judge Weimer Wednesday.

Hotes has been charged with attempted assault on a police officer, a Class IV felony, and terrorist threats, which is a Class III felony. If found guilty on all charges Hotes will face up to six years in prison.
