Sidney's Kelsey Knight begins to move the ball back down the court after stripping a McCook player of the ball. Sidney won three games to begin post-holiday play.

Sidney's Lady Raiders continued to roll coming out of the Christmas break, notching three wins on the way to an 11-1 record. Among the wins was a second win over conference rival Gering in a week.

Sidney began the stretch Thursday, cruising to a 65-25 win over neighboring Kimball.

At Gering Friday, the Lady Raiders found themselves tied at half time, just as they were in holiday tournament action, then used a third period burst to move ahead five points by quarter's end.
