William D. Rogers - Obituary

William D. Rogers, "Bill," of Omaha passed away on Tuesday, September 20th, with his family by his side. Bill was born on October 8, 1930 in Clyde, Kansas to Kenneth and Dena Rogers. He graduated from high school in Lewellen, Nebraska and attended Wesleyan University in Lincoln, Nebraska. For three years, he served in the U.S. Army in Korea and returned to graduate from Kearney State College with a BA and an MA, both in Education.

Bill married the love of his life, Beryl Botts, in 1955. Bill taught and coached in Comstock and Sumner, Nebraska, and coached in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He...
