Encouraging a person to do a job is difficult if that person doesn't first know what is required to do the job.
That is part of the motivation in the Cheyenne County Government Day held Monday, Nov. 20, at Cheyenne County Courthouse.
The program started with students from Sidney, Potter-Dix, Dalton and Creek Valley assembling in the Cheyenne County District Courtroom. They were addressed by Hon.
