School Board Accepts Means' Resignation

Cheyenne County School District #1 bid a reluctant farewell to one of its own at its regular meeting Monday.

Board member Doug Means, who has served since 2013, tendered his resignation effective as of the end of Monday’s meeting. Means is moving out of state.
