Bernice Theresa Otillia Niemoller, was the daughter of Frank and Mary (Keller) Frauendorfer, born on October 7, 1919 in Platte County Nebraska between Cornlea and Humphrey. She was the second of six brothers and sisters. The family moved to Lodgepole Nebraska when she was in grade school and she graduated from High School there in 1939. The family moved to Sidney and she met and married R. Gordon Niemoller in Sidney on January 23, 1941. To that union were born 3 children, Robert (Bobby), Deanna and Michael.

Mom was a great cook, and wonderful mother. She loved to help us and the neighborhood kids with projects of any kind. Mom was a good neighbor to all. She loved to work in her garden and took special pride in her flowers. She always shared many cucumbers and tomatoes with her neighbors and the Party Line.

Dad and her lived in a good neighborhood and acquired a lot of friends. They would often congregate on the porch in the summer evenings. After Dad was gone, Mom enjoyed the neighborhood ladies' birthday coffees.

She was a stay-at-home mom when us kids were growing up; we knew we wouldn't come home to an empty house. She didn't drive so she walked everywhere in her high heels, usually carrying her bags from the grocery store. That is probably why her heart beat on for 98 years: We will miss you, Mom (and Gma Nemo). We know that you're at peace and no longer suffering.

Bernice is survived by her siblings, Gene Frauendorfer and Marlene Linnenkamp, her children, Bobby, and wife Jeanine of Laramie, WY, their 2 daughters Tammy Comer and Stacy Patterson and husband Mack; her daughter, Deanna Fisher and husband Mike of Maywood, NE, their children Terri Kubinak and husband Doug, Shari Morton and friend Matt, Kari Jo Ash and husband Michael, Michael Fisher and wife Lorna and her son Michael Niemoller of Dennison, TX. She has 13 great grandchildren and one on the way, 3 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Leonard and Gerald, sister, Geraldine Brachtenbach and her husband Gordon.
