Swim Team Sign-Ups Begin

Sign-up for the Sidney Swim Team is beginning for youth ages five to 18.

Sidney Swimmers will have six meets across the Panhandle. The team competes against Nebraska teams Bridgeport, Rushville, Alliance, Sidney and Hemmingford plus Torrington, Wyoming.

Practices are early morning. Meets are on Saturdays.

To participate, those interested must be able to swim half way across the pool. Stress is put on the fact this is not swim lessons.

Sign up will begin this weekend at the Spring Expo, and continue at the Cheyenne County Community Center April 17 from 3-6 p.m.
