Ball Set To Honor, Aid Veterans

Current and former military members will be honored at an event next Saturday, May 19. The Armed Forces Appreciation Ball will feature dinner, silent and live auctions and a dance.

Ball proceeds will go through Sidney VFW Post 610 to help local veterans in need.

The ball begins with a 5 p.m. social, with dinner at 6 p.m., followed by remaining activities. It will be held at the Sidney Elks Lodge, 1040 Jackson.

Tickets are $20 per person, $35 per couple. Group tables are also available.
