Tommy Bailey, Sr. 79, passed away June 15, 2018.
He is now walking the streets of gold with Jesus. He was a preacher since 1971.
He is survived by a son and daughter, grandchildren and friend Rose Samar.
There will be no services in Sidney. He will be buried in Virginia.
