Sidney’s Lady Raider volleyball team faced tough competition on Friday the Scottsbluff Tournament, falling in their first match against Northwest, recovering to win their second match against Lexington, and then dropping their third match against a tough Thunder Basin team out of Wyoming.
Northwest proved to tough for the Sidney girls, winning in straight sets 25-to-15 and 25-to-20. Sidney recovered and next faced Lexington, winning two sets to one by scores of 25-to-19, 22-to-25, and 25-to-18.
