Missing Children Found in Utah

Two Sidney children were found safe in Utah late Wednesday following an advisory seeking their whereabouts.

Sidney Police Department issued an Endangered Missing Advisory early Wednesday afternoon to determine the whereabouts of one-year-old Franklin Blakely and two-year-old Stanley Skidmore. Both were last seen in Sidney in the company of Donald Winslow, 45, and Cherokee Blakely. Police believed the children were endangered.
