Sidney senior Janay Brauer fights for the ball during the Lady Raiders' 47-to-36 victory over the Hershey Lady Panthers last Tuesday.
Sidney's boys and girls basketball teams are heading into their seasons, and hosted the Hall of Fame Basketball Game against the visiting Hershey Panthers.
The teams were able to get quality opponents to face while taking a good look at their squads as they prepare for the 2018-2019 campaigns.
The girls started off play, and settled into a groove after a slow start by both teams.
The girls were able to come out on top at the end of the game, 47-to-36, and were able to see how their offenses and defense sets worked with a mix of new and returning players replacing varsity squad graduates....
