Creek Valley’s Lady Storm basketball team took the short trip across the border to take on the Sedgwick County Lady Cougars in Julesburg, Colo. on Friday, and could not overcome a slow first half to fall 52-to-38.
The Lady Storm could not break the Sedgwick press defense, limiting their scoring opportunities while allowing the Lady Cougars to open up a sizable 22-to-15 lead at the half.
