The red-hot Lady Raiders girl's basketball team traveled to Mitchell Thursday to take on the undefeated Lady Tigers. The Lady Tigers are led by 6'3" UNLV signee Keyana Wilfred, and the Lady Raiders knew they would have to play their best game to earn a win on the road.
The Lady Tigers started the game playing tough and intense defense, limiting the Lady Raiders to low percentage shots while being able to convert on offense, breaking out to a 13-to-6 lead at the end of the first quarter.
