A 1995 Isuzu Rodeo and a 2008 Dodge 1500 pickup truck collided at Illinois Street and 17J Link at about 7:49 a.m. Aug. 21. According to the accident report, the accident occurred when the Isuzu driven by Kristina A. Tracy, of Dix, was traveling east on Illinois Street approaching the stop sign intersection with 17J Link as Steven Minshall of Sidney was driving the Dodge pickup south on the 17J Link. The two vehicles collided when the Isuzu proceeded into the intersection as the Dodge was approaching. Tracy was transported to Sidney Regional Medical Center by ambulance....
