School Board Approves Budget

The Cheyenne County School District No. 1 Board of Education approved its 2019-2020 budget Monday night.

Prior to the regular board meeting, the board of the Sidney public schools held a public hearing to receive comments on the proposed budget. The proposal is for a general fund of $7,005,114, the Qualified Capital Purchase Undertaking Fund at $202,020 and the Bond Fund at $995,000.
