Lyla Joan (Babb) Ernest, age 87, of Dalton, NE, passed away September 24, 2019. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, September 27th at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Dalton with Father C. P. Varghese and Father Bryan Ernest officiating. The Rosary Service will be at 10:00 A.M. with the Mass to follow at 10:30 A.M. Interment will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 26th at the Gehrig-Stitt Chapel in Sidney from 1-7 P.M., with the family present from 6-7 P.M.
