4-H Quilt of Valor Presented to Dalton Veteran

On Sunday, Nov. 3, at the Cheyenne County 4-H Achievement Banquet, Sean Syverson of Dalton was presented a Quilt of Valor.

Several years ago, Cheyenne County Extension Office applied for a Quilt of Valor Kit through the Nebraska 4-H program. With the help of local 4-H'ers and Micahla Beyer who helped construct the quilt and Cynthia Gill who completed and did the quilting on the blanket, the Quilt of Valor was ready to be presented.
