School Board Approves Resignations

The Cheyenne School District No. 1 Board of Education approved four resignations and retirements.

High School math teacher Carissa Reimers submitted her resignation, effective May 22, 2020.

“After careful consideration, I have decide to pursue other avenues of life,” she said in her resignation letter.

She added that she enjoyed her time as part of the Sidney Public Schools family, and is glad to have had the chance to know her students.

Rebecca Haddix is retiring at the end of the school year.
