Commissioners Approve Power Line Construction

The Cheyenne County Commissioners approved a request by High West Energy to construct a power line.

The proposed power line will be constructed from Highway 30 north along County Road 91 for about 3,300 feet. Tim Lang of High West Energy was present at the meeting Monday. Lang said the original plan was to route the power line through adjacent private property. Company officials could not reach the land owners. The land is believed to be in a trust.
