Past Due Notices Going Out to Domestic and Foreign Corporations

LINCOLN – Notices are being sent to 18,485 domestic and foreign business entities that are past due in submitting their occupation tax reports to the Secretary of State’s office. At the start of the filing period on January 2, letters were sent to more than 51,790 domestic and foreign corporations reminding them of the March 1 deadline.
