Bulk hand sanitizer was donated to the Salvation Army in Sidney Monday morning. The donation is a result of Sean Blackburn of Blackburn Eye Clinic contacting Roger Berry of the Nebraska Ethanol Board to possibly donate hand sanitizer to area responders and places including the Salvation Army. Jerred Berner and Evan Parsons assisted in the transportation of the sanitizer.
