Doris Marie (Nurse) Kella, 93, passed away on April 9, 2020 in Sidney, Nebraska.

Doris was the youngest of four children born to Howard and Greta (Green) Nurse.  She was born on October 9, 1926 in Dunlap, IA. She graduated from Dunlap High School in 1944.  Doris completed cosmetology training before joining her older sister to live in California.  While in California, Doris met Melvin E. Kella and they married on March 5, 1948. After living in San Diego for a short time, they moved to Denison, IA to be near her family.
