Sidney Public School Nurses Benefit from Dress Down Days

April Dress Down Day funds were collected and distributed to the Sidney Public School Nurses to help purchase a Spot Vision Screener, a valuable tool in assessing vision for students of various ages and abilities.

The State of Nebraska requires school health screenings which include height, weight, dental, hearing and vision (unless an exam completed by a Primary Care Physician [PCP] is provided) for Preschool, Kindergarten, first, second, third, fourth, seventh and 10th grade students.
