The Cheyenne County Veterans Service Office , in conjunction with the American Legion, Disabled American Veterans and Veterans of Foreign Wars, will be hosting a Flag Retirement Ceremony 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at the Cheyenne County Fairgrounds arena.
