Too Busy for God

Grandma used to tell me “ the devil rides on an idle horse”, and it’s true, but as I walk in this Christian life, it is clear, he also delights in the “ busy Christian.”

In fact, that is one of the most common statements for Christians these days. I am too busy. “ I would like to spend more time with God, but I can’t find the time.” This isn’t new however, Jesus addressed this very issue in Luke 10:38-42. In the text, Jesus goes to Martha’s home and is teaching.
