Robert Lee Fraass of Scottsbluff passed away on November 25, 2020, at Heritage Estates in Gering. He was 90 years old. A memorial mass will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday, August 27, 2021, at St. Agnes Catholic Church in Scottsbluff with Father Rayappa Konka officiating. Inurnment will follow in the West Lawn Cemetery in Gering. Memorials may be made to St. Agnes Catholic Church or St. Agnes Catholic School.
