The Cheyenne County Commissioners on Sept. 20 approved a permit for Pit Acres, LLC.
Prior to approval of the Conditional Use Permit, the commissioners held a public hearing for public input in favor or against the permit.
In discussion between company representatives and the commissioners, the question was proposed to allow a one-day use of Cheyenne County Road 99.
“I don't have a problem with it,” said commissioner Phil Sanders.
