The annual non-denominational Worldwide Candle Lighting Ceremony in Sidney will be held 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 12, at The Well Church, 432 20th Ave, Sidney.

The Compassionate Friends Worldwide Candle Lighting is held on the second Sunday in December all over the world, in every time zone. Everyone is invited to light a candle in honor of all the children who have died, so that their light may always shine.
