The Leyton Warrior Track and Field teams and the Potter-Dix Coyote Track and Field teams competed on Saturday at the Bayard CD Invitational.
With beautiful weather and a slight breeze, the athletes had a great day for competition, and for the boys the team from Pine Bluffs, Wyo., took top honors with 86 points, and Bayard took home top honors for the girls squad with 79 points.
The Leyton boys placed fourth overall with 68.5 points and the Potter-Dix boys placed eighth with 40 points. The Leyton girls placed eighth with 41 points and the Potter-Dix girls placed fifteenth with four points....
