Luke 9:29

“As He was praying, the appearance of His face changed, and His clothes became as bright as a flash of lightning.”

When Jesus prayed, the divine life inside him suddenly burst forth. Those looking on were blinded by the resplendent brightness that burst from within Him. When they had regained their vision, they realized that they were likely viewing what the body will be like when it is glorified.
