Where Do You Look for Answers?

In the world we live in, currently we have confusion, fear, doubt, anxiety etc... So where do we look for answers?

In Philippians 4, starting in verse 4 the word of GOD says to rejoice in the Lord, I say again rejoice in the Lord.
