On May 17, the Sidney Public Library announced a new staff member who will lead the adult reading program and the book mobile program.
Julie Stokes took on her duties as the new adult librarian and overseeing the bookmobile program on April 22.
“My book mobile doesn't start until the first of June,” Stokes said recently.
The bookmobile is designed as an extension of the library on 12th Avenue. The bookmobile allows library staff to serve patrons who cannot make it to the library. Stops include daycares, preschools and nursing homes, and the post offices, in the communities of Dalton, Gu...
